Fixed price against a written scope

Systems and automation, priced before we build.

Most businesses do not lose customers to competitors. They lose them to a phone that rang at 6:40 p.m., a form nobody answered for two days, and a follow-up that lived in someone's head. These packages fix that in production: built, deployed, and running on your own numbers, your own calendar, and your own systems.

SIGNAL
$4,5002 to 3 weeks

For a business that is losing inquiries it never even sees.

  • One agent, voice or chat, on the channel your customers actually use: phone, website, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram
  • It answers, qualifies against your criteria, and books straight into your calendar
  • A CRM set up with one pipeline: your stages, your fields, your language
  • One integration to a system you already run
  • Every conversation logged with a transcript, so nothing depends on memory

SYSTEM
$11,5004 to 6 weeks

For a business whose intake works but whose operations still run on spreadsheets and memory.

  • Voice and chat agents together, across up to three channels
  • A full CRM: pipelines, stages, owners, tasks, reminders, and reporting
  • Three to four integrations: calendar, email, phone system, accounting, or your forms
  • Document automation: data pulled out of PDFs, photos, and emails into records, without retyping
  • Automated follow-up and review requests, on the rhythm you choose
  • Dashboards an owner actually opens: what came in, what converted, what is stuck
  • Handover session and a written runbook your team can use without us

OPERATOR
$24,5008 to 10 weeks

For a business ready to stop running on spreadsheets and run on one system.

  • Everything in SYSTEM, plus the parts that only matter at scale
  • Multi-agent workflows: agents that hand work to each other and to the right person
  • Custom internal tools replacing the spreadsheets the business quietly depends on
  • Lead-generation infrastructure: capture, enrichment, routing, and honest attribution
  • Process mapping before the build, so the system encodes how you actually work rather than how software assumes you do
  • Role-based access for your team
  • Full handover documentation and two training sessions

CARE
from $1,450per month
Ongoing, cancel on 30 days

For keeping what we built working as your business and the technology both change.

Ask about CARE
  • Monitoring and uptime checks, so a broken agent is our problem before it is your problem
  • Iteration as your process changes: new stages, new questions, new routing
  • Keeping agents current as models and provider interfaces change
  • A monthly report and a standing call
  • Priority response
CUSTOM APPS
Scoped per project
Priced after the scoping call

For a business whose product is the app itself, or whose operation needs one that no off-the-shelf tool covers.

  • iOS and Android, designed and built end to end
  • Backend, accounts, and sync, so it is a product rather than a demo
  • Subscriptions and payments wired to a billing provider
  • Submission to the App Store and Google Play, review cycle included
  • Analytics and updates after launch

An app is not a package, so it does not get a package price. The number depends on the screens, the platforms, and what it has to connect to, and you get it in writing before anything starts, same as everything else on this page.

Our own app, live on the App StoreStackDose

A daily tracker with a camera scanner that reads a label and does the math, plus an AI coach that can see the user's stack. Designed, built, and shipped by us, including the App Store review.

Prices are held for ninety days from the date your written scope is issued. Every engagement is formed by a signed scope, not by this page.

The boundary

What every engagement includes, and what it does not

The second column is the one most agencies leave off a pricing page. It is the one that decides whether the invoice matches the quote.

Included in every package

  • A written scope agreed before any work starts
  • Configuration in your own accounts, under your ownership
  • Testing against real conversations before go-live
  • Handover so your team can operate it without us
  • A fixed price that does not move

Not included, and why

  • Runtime and API costsBilled to you at cost, never marked up.
  • Third-party subscriptionsThey stay in your name so you keep control.
  • Work outside the written scopeIt proceeds only on a change order you sign first.
  • Legal, tax, or regulatory adviceRouted to the professionals you engage.
  • Any promise about revenue, conversion, or outcomeWe commit to the system, not to your market.
Runtime costs

The one figure we will not dress up

Voice minutes, model usage, and telephony are billed to you at cost with the provider's own invoice attached, and we never mark them up. We size it honestly during scoping rather than discovering it after launch.

Typical monthly runtime
$80to$400

Depends on call volume. Billed at cost, provider invoice attached, never marked up.

How it runs

Scope first, price second, build third

01

A scoping call, at no charge

We map the workflow, find the highest-impact automation, and tell you up front whether it is worth building.

02

A written scope

What will be built, what it will connect to, what it will not do, and a fixed price against it.

03

Fifty percent to begin, balance at handover

Anything outside that scope proceeds only on a change order you sign first. We do not discover extra work in an invoice.

04

You own it

Your data and your configuration are yours, and you can export both at any time, including on the day you decide to leave.

Before we build

Three questions for your own counsel

These systems are built to what your lawyer confirms, and we would rather raise it now than after launch.

First

Recording

If your agent records calls, consent rules differ by state, and Florida requires every party on the call to consent. That changes how the agent opens a conversation.

Second

Disclosure

Rules on telling a person they are speaking with an automated system are changing quickly, and the answer depends on where your customers are.

Third

Outbound

Automated calls and text messages for marketing carry federal consent requirements that are strict and actively enforced. If your plan includes outbound, we build it only after your counsel confirms the basis.

We build AI systems. We are not a law firm, and we give no legal advice. These are your counsel's calls, and we build to them.

What it looks like

A SYSTEM build, end to end

Illustrative example

An HVAC contractor with twelve technicians was losing after-hours calls to voicemail. A voice agent now answers every call, qualifies the job, quotes the visit fee, and books the first available slot. The CRM shows the owner each morning what came in overnight and what still needs a human. The build was SYSTEM.

This describes a typical deployment, not a named client, and no outcome is promised. What we commit to is a system that works in production and a price that does not move.

Questions

Before you book the call

Why fixed prices instead of an hourly rate?

Because you should know the number before the work starts. We scope in writing first: what gets built, what it connects to, what it will not do. The price is fixed against that scope, and anything outside it proceeds only on a change order you sign first.

How much does an AI voice agent cost?

A single voice agent that answers, qualifies, and books is SIGNAL at $4,500, live in two to three weeks. Adding a second channel, a full CRM, document automation, and owner dashboards is SYSTEM at $11,500. Runtime is billed separately at cost.

What are runtime costs, and why are they separate?

Voice minutes, telephony, and AI model usage are metered by the providers. We bill them to you at cost with the provider invoice attached and never mark them up. For most businesses that is $80 to $400 a month depending on call volume, and we size it during scoping rather than after launch.

What if my business does not fit one of the three packages?

Then we scope it as its own project. The packages cover the shapes we build most often. If you need something narrower or wider, the scoping call is still free and the price is still fixed before anything starts.

How long until it is live?

SIGNAL runs two to three weeks, SYSTEM four to six weeks, and OPERATOR eight to ten weeks, measured from the signed scope. Tuning after go-live is included: two weeks, thirty days, and sixty days respectively.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Everything is configured in your own accounts, third-party subscriptions stay in your name, and you can export your data and your configuration at any time, including on the day you decide to leave.

Is CARE required after the build?

No. Every package includes handover and a runbook so your team can run the system without us. CARE is for owners who would rather we keep watching it, iterate as the process changes, and keep the agents current as models and provider interfaces change.

Do you work with businesses outside Miami?

Yes. We are based in Miami and know South Florida well, but the build is done remotely, so we work with clients anywhere in the US. Local businesses can also meet in person for scoping.
