1,000 suppliers in a Google Sheet, blank price columns. PDFs, photos, emailed quotes were retyped by hand. We built a working proof-of-concept that ingests those docs and lands structured rows in the catalog — deduped against the supplier base. Demo approved, paid pilot being scoped.
